My Creative Scrapbook Design Team member Izzy Anderson is here to show us how she used supplies included in the May Creative kit to make her own cute embellishments!

Here's Izzy:

"Hi everyone! For my tutorial this month, I have a quick and easy way to make ribbon flowers using supplies from the Creative Kit.

I used the ribbon flower on the banner trio at the top of my layout.

I used the ribbon in the kit and cut three pieces, each 5 inches in length. I folded the ends of the ribbon to the middle and secured them, then layered the loops on top of each other to resemble flower petals. To embellish the flower, I added a circle cut from burlap and a threaded ribbon.

Another quick and easy embellishment I made from the kit was a paper clip flag as seen here on this journaling spot.

To make the flag, I trimmed down a pennant sticker from the Doodlebug sticker sheet and wrapped it around one end of a paperclip."
